Vince Samson, PMHNP-BC

Vince Samson is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing virtual comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management to young adults and adults.

Vince received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Berkeley and later earned his Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University, graduating with induction to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. He completed his clinical training through various New York City-based community health centers and has extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Vince has a collaborative approach to medication management, which focuses on providing psychoeducation and medication education to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care. His medication philosophy is to treat symptoms using the lowest effective dose and to avoid unnecessary/excessive use of potentially addictive controlled substances whenever possible.
